My journey
My journey into creative arts therapy began during my time as a teacher, where I felt called to support the emotional and developmental needs of the most vulnerable children. I wanted to create safe and nurturing environments where children could heal, grow and thrive ensuring a lasting positive impact in their lives.
My Mission – Empowering healing & Growth
My mission is to support children and young people from ethnically diverse communities on their journey of healing and growth. Through an inclusive, culturally sensitive, and child-centred approach to therapy, I seek to create spaces where children and young people feel understood, empowered, and truly belong.
By working closely with individuals and their families, I aim to nurture environments that honour culture, foster resilience, and strengthen meaningful connections with the self and others. Guided by compassion, wisdom, and equality, I create spaces for children and young people to embrace their identities, allow their feelings, and unlock their full potential.
